Pear Cardamom

Pear paired (pun intended) with fragrant, citrusy flavor of cardamom is fresh and bright, reminiscent of spring.  We made pear the gentle star flavor with a whisper of cardamom in the background. 

Your first spoonful or sip will be different from your last because when cardamom is warmed or mixed, oils are slowly released.  With each spoonful or sip more oil coats your mouth, making your taste buds do a double take. 

We use the whole pear, flesh and skin…minus the stem and seeds!

Pear flavor is understated and sweet. They naturally contain phytonutrients and other antioxidants, a variety of which are found in the vibrantly colored skins.
