Refund policy

We're sorry something wasn't right.  Let's see what we can do to fix it. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order/item to request a return.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We may ask for pictures or the like to help us improve our service.

Items must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

If your credit request is accepted we'll be in touch with next step instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions
We truly want to make it right but there are simply too many situations that could fall outside a general policy, hence we reserve the right to evaluate requests on a case by case basis.  You can always contact us for any customer service questions at hello@viandagoods.com.
