Is there more to f--kingtasty?
Claro que si! Yes! The answer is yes.
We experimented beyond oatmeal, yogurt and smoothies and found some winners we want to share with you.
Give them a try and let your buds lead the way to your sweet spot. It's not a matter of if you can find your sweet spot, it's how you'll find your sweet spot.
For the food hackers...we'd love to hear from you if you came up with a concoction and want to share.
Oatmeal
• 1/3 cup of oats
• 2/3 cup of milk or liquid of choice
Follow your oat brand cooking instructions.
While your oats are cooking...
Open one packet of powder and place in a bowl. Add enough water to make a gel consistency (we refer to it as a slurry). Mix until incorporated.
Add the cooked oats to your bowl with the slurry and mix.
If you want to venture beyond oats…give quinoa flakes a try, they’re similar to oats.
Yogurt
In a bowl mix one packet of fruit mix and add just enough water to make a consistency looser than a paste but not runny. This is called a slurry We found that this is the best method to mix our powders with yogurt.
Once you've mixed your slurry in a bowl add one to two spoonfuls at a time and mix. Taste...keep adding spoonfuls until you are happy with the flavor. Your sweet spot awaits.....
Smoothie
Using a personal size blender....we use a simple one, it rhymes with mullet..
Add 1/2 C. of yogurt, a packet of f--kingtasty powder deliciousness , 1/2 C. of milk of choice adn 4 ice cubes. Blend.
Ready to enjoy.
Once you have your smoothie ingredients and proportions dialed in take it a step further and make some paletas.

Cottage cheese smoothie
Calling all peanut lovers!
If you like the salty sweet combo, this smoothie is up your alley.
Super easy, super tasty!
To your blender add 1/2 C. of cottage cheese, a packet of f--kingtasty peanut banana powder, !/2 C. milk of choice.
Blend. That's it.
You can also use the portion to make paletas. Nice right?
Chia pudding
In a resealable container add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1/2 C of your milk of choice with a packet of powder mix.
If you have a chia pudding recipe you've already dialed follow that recipe and simply add a packet of powder blend to the container.
Put the lid on the container and place in the fridge overnight.
Next morning, remove the container from the fridge and stir. Ta-da. All done.
Soaked oats
Great when you want to have oats but don’t want warm oats, like in the summer time.
It's easy to make.
Place 1/3 cup of oats on a container with 1/2 C. of your choice of milk and add one packet of powder.
Leave it in the fridge to soften and chill anywhere from a few hours to overnight, depends on the oat consistency you prefer.
Paleta (popsicle)
This is great way to assuage a sweet hankering.
Follow your smoothie recipe.
You’ll need a popsicle mould. One smoothie portion make about 3 popsicles.
Remember to fill 2/3 of the mould , leave room for expansion. Overfilling will create a bit of mess in the freezing step.
Freeze overnight.
Whipped cream
Yes, your eyes do not deceive you. f--king Tasty flavored whipped cream.
It’s delicious in and/or on a cupcake, to top off a brownie, mini trifle…oh the possibilities.
• Chill the whisk and bowl in the freezer for at least an hour.
• 3/4 C heavy whipping cream
• 1 packet of powder
Combine heavy whipping cream with a packet fruit powder in the bowl and whip on high speed until the cream makes stiff peaks.
Now it's ready to use. Pipe in to a cupcake or on top...
