FAQ's

Is the nutrition value of the fruit mixes the same as consuming fresh fruit?

The nutritional loss is less than 1%, if that, of fresh fruit.  That’s pretty darn good!

What is the shelf life of the fruit mixes?

This is a tricky one.  We've eaten product that was packaged 2 years ago, stored in a cool, dry environment and it was perfectly fine.  We found that the spice intensity dimmed a bit but that was all we noticed.  The Peanut Banana and other blends we might add to our product line that has a nut blended in could have a shorter shelf life of about 6 months because of the natural oils found in nuts.

If my fruit mix has caked does that mean it I shouldn’t eat it?

No, the caking of the fruit mix does not indicate the product can’t be eaten. The caking is simply the natural sugars of the fruit binding.  Please see what is a slurry
